INTRODUCTION TO KIDS YOGA COURSE (4-6 YEARS) £10 2 hours

The aim of this course is to provide a springboard into yoga practise for children.

We’ll play yoga based games and go on a yoga adventure. We’ll also complete a small mindful craft activity, which can be used for meditation at home, after the class has finished.

An organic, low sugar snack will also be provided. Vegan snacks are available, please mention any dietary requirements on the booking form.

The course consists of two sections, although it’s possible to join at any stage, or just book a single session.

And lastly, the age range is just a guide, please let us know if your younger (or older!) ones would like to be part of the fun!

This course provides a fun-filled starting point for new yogis, or a great chance for little yogis to practise their skills.

We’ll play yoga based games, make affirmations, go on a yoga adventure, and practise mindfulness and meditation. We’ll also complete a craft activity, which can be taken home to nurture a continual love of yoga, even when the class has finished!

An organic, low sugar snack is also part of this course. Vegan snacks are available, please mention specifics on the booking form.

The course consists of two sections, although it’s possible to join at any stage, or just book a single session.

The recommended age is just a guide, please let us know if your younger (or older!) ones would like to be part of the fun.

YOGA ADVENTURE (ages 4-6 & 7-9) £5 1 hour

These adventures are 45 minute lessons, where we’ll be going on a yoga adventure! Affirmations, team building, and relaxation will all be part of the fun.

GROW WITH THE FLOW!!

We believe the benefits of yoga for younger ones are endless! But for the sake of time….we’ve shared a few of our favourite ones below:

Yoga helps to increase confidence and coordination, as well as cross lateral movement and balance. It has been proven to reduce anxiety, assist neuromuscular development and improve concentration. It encourages self-acceptance, a realisation of calm, self control and flexibility.

…But most importantly, it really is a LOT of fun!!

The modern world can be a tough place, but we’ve seen yoga successfully help to support youngsters cope in a multitude of different situations. It’s the perfect antidote for 21st century living!!

With some help from a Yoga Alliance Professional course, and lots of fun practising, i can’t wait to share Sprout Kids Yoga!

All Sprout teachers are fully trained and experienced, Yoga Alliance certified, qualified in Paediatric first aid, and hold an enhanced DBS.
